What We Provide

• • AI Analysis: Free genre, mood, tempo, and instrument detection for uploaded tracks
• • Professional Mastering: Human engineers master your tracks based on AI insights
• • File Delivery: High-quality WAV files optimized for streaming platforms
• • Revisions: Three free revisions per track if you're not satisfied

File Requirements

• • We accept WAV and AIFF files only
• • Maximum file size: 200MB
• • Recommended: 24-bit/44.1kHz or higher
• • No MP3 files accepted to ensure highest quality

Content Ownership

• • You must own or have proper licensing for all uploaded content
• • You're responsible for ensuring no copyright infringement
• • You warrant that you have the right to distribute the mastered tracks

Acceptable Use

• • Use our service only for legitimate music mastering purposes
• • Don't upload copyrighted material without permission
• • Don't attempt to reverse-engineer our AI analysis systems
• • Don't share account credentials with others

Prohibited Content

• • Copyrighted material without proper licensing
• • Offensive, discriminatory, or illegal content
• • Content that violates third-party rights
• • Malicious files or corrupted data

Binding Contract

A legally binding contract is formed when you accept our mastering quote. This acceptance constitutes your agreement to pay the quoted amount and our agreement to provide the mastering service according to these terms.

Quote Acceptance Process

• • You receive a detailed quote specifying the price in EUR and service scope
• • By clicking 'Accept Quote' or similar confirmation, you enter into a binding agreement
• • Once accepted, both parties are legally obligated to fulfill their respective obligations
• • The quote remains valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified

Modification of Agreement

Once a quote is accepted, modifications to the scope or price require mutual written agreement. Additional services beyond the original scope may incur additional charges.

Billing

• • AI Analysis: Always free, no payment required
• • Quote Acceptance: By accepting a mastering quote, you enter into a binding agreement to pay the quoted price upon completion
• • Mastering: Payment required after you're satisfied with the mastered track and want to download it
• • Pricing: Transparent pricing displayed and must be accepted before mastering begins
• • Currency: All prices in EUR (Euros) unless otherwise stated

Payment Processing

• • Payments processed securely through Stripe

• • By accepting a quote, you authorize us to charge your payment method the agreed amount
• • Failed payments may result in service suspension

Refunds

• • 100% satisfaction guarantee within 14 days of delivery
• • Refunds processed if we cannot deliver satisfactory results after revisions
• • Refund requests must include specific feedback about issues
• • Refunds processed within 5-10 business days

Your Content

• • You retain all rights to your original audio content
• • You grant us temporary license to process and master your tracks
• • We don't claim ownership of your music or mastered files
• • You can use mastered tracks for any commercial or personal purpose

Quality Standards
